What we act on

  • A profile of a living person made without their consent.
  • A cloned voice created without the right to do it.
  • Your own image, voice or personal data.
  • A family objection — you're close family of someone who died and you don't want them recreated, or don't want the profile public.
  • Copyright in a photo or recording.
  • Illegal content, harassment, impersonation.
  • Sexual or explicit material, hate speech, threats or abuse, or religious or political campaigning through a profile or voice — anything Section 5 of the Terms prohibits.

How

Email legal@loved1s.online or call +1 917 771 1939. Tell us:

  1. What you're reporting — a link, or a name if you don't have one.
  2. Your relationship to the person, if that's the basis.
  3. What you want: remove the voice, remove the face data, make the profile private, or delete it entirely. These are different and you may only want one.
  4. How to reach you.

What happens

We confirm within 24 hours. For voice, likeness and personal-data reports we take the material offline while we assess, not after — the presumption runs in favour of the person objecting. We decide within 7 days and tell you why. The account holder is told too and can appeal to legal@loved1s.online within 14 days.

Family objections: closer relative wins. A spouse, child or parent asking for removal outranks a more distant relative who created it, even if the creator pays us. We won't mediate a family dispute — we remove the contested material and let the family resolve it.

Send identification of the work, its location here, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use isn't authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you're authorised to act, and your signature. Counter-notices follow the same route. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

Don't use this to erase a memorial you simply dislike. Repeated bad-faith reports get deprioritised.
